Mobile Apps & DPCUC History

Presented by Jason Mills, Ed Goudge and Bob Bell

So far, over 3 billion apps have been downloaded from the Android Market and Apple passed 10 billion app downloads in January. At the general meeting of the Durham Personal Users Computer Club, Jason Mills will present information on the vast applications currently available. We will also get a firsthand look at downloading and installing Apps on both an Android device and an Apple device.

Ed Goudge will outline his experiences tranfering all his communications to a new Blackberry and

Bob Bell will present a short "History of the Club" to commemorate our 25th aniversary.

The executive would like input from our members as to what they would like to see presented.

The Club's General Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at Faith United Church, 1778 Nash Road in Courtice, 7:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
