Family Tree Maker

Anne Delong, Vice-president will present Family Tree Maker, a Genealogy program used to keep track of family history. Family Tree Maker is one of several programs which are used to organize information, create family history books and print out family tree charts. These programs use a common file format called GEDCOM which allows easy file sharing, so that anyone can contribute to the family tree. Family Tree Maker allows you to sort out family relationships and to include photographs, web pages, references, addresses, etc., in documents and charts.

A brief preview of Installing Vista consisting of excerpts from Gene Barlows tutorial will also be shown

The Club's General Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at Faith United Church, 1778 Nash Road in Courtice, 7:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
