Biographical Information STEPHEN HEWLETT Steve didn’t know what he was getting into when he agreed to co-host The Computer Mechanics with Les. Stephen had been roommates and coworkers with Les when the original co-host backed out the day before the first season. Les came to Steve and convinced him to join the team. The rest is history. Originally from Newfoundland, Stephen, his wife Maria and their son David live in Oshawa. A self-proclaimed computer ‘geek’ Steve has authorization on Toshiba Laptops, IBM PC and Servers and Hewlett Packard Printer repair. He is also certified in Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, NT; Novell 4.11; Novell 5; Microsoft and A+ certified. Co host of The Computer Mechanics live TV show from day one, Stephen left his previous job at the Durham District Catholic School Board to work with Les and the other team members at the Computer Mechanics Tech Center, keeping their Saturday philosophy alive during the week.
