SlickRun (commandline launcher) uses short words (MagicWords), that you create, to open / view / run such items / locations. Forget "mousing around" to find things. Use your MagicWord instead. Type it, and bingo; it happens!
Since SlickRun is not a hot-key program, and it uses auto-complete as you type, it is seldom necessary to key in more than a few letters of any of the MagicWords you have created. That's not to say SlickRun doesn't use short-cuts at all. One very useful short cut in Win10 is WINDOWS+Shift+J to bring up the integrated note taker window (Jot). [If some hot keys fail to work due to conflicts with Win10's defaults, the HELP page offers a registry editor fix.]
The FAQ area of HELP shows how to run SlickRun on a flash drive, along with some macros for adding actions to the MagicWords, like telling windows to shutdown or hibernate after completion, or to save the screen, for example.
