Healthy Computing Our presenter will be Dr. David MacAskill , a local chiropractor, who provides complimentary wellness workshops and seminars to many different clubs in our community. Technology strives to push us to new limits everyday, but is technology always beneficial to our bodies? This workshop thrusts the audience into improved habits at work, resulting in a happier, healthier work environment. It will address details including workstation designs, ergonomic problems, pattern interruptions, exercises and how to tame the computer monster and its effects on your eyes, neck and wrists. The audience will walk out of the meeting inspired to create a more efficient and healthier work environment. The Club's General Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at Faith United Church, 1778 Nash Road in Courtice, 7:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
